When using the Adam Housing platform, you will be asked to enter your bank details to allow payment to be made to you. If you have not added your bank details to the system, you will see an alert about updating your bank details on your front screen when you log into the housing platform. Without updating your bank details you won't be able to list your properties.
πNote: If you are a private landlord, upload a document stating that you are a private landlord, or upload your bank statement again into the confirmation of bank details section.
To add or update your bank details, follow these steps:
Click onto the Finance tab and then click onto the Bank Details section.
To add or update your bank details, click onto New Bank Details.
Add all relevant details requested, as per the table below.
Once all details have been provided, click Submit.
Bank details | Enter your bank details as well as the date you wish for these bank details to be used from. |
Finance Contact Details | Provide your contact details which we can reach you on. |
Finance Contact Address | Enter your company post code and then click Find to search for your address. This will pre-populate the address boxes for you where you can tweak the details of, if required. |
Finance Documents | Upload you bank statement and confirmation of bank details on company-headed paper |
The bank details will need to be approved by us before they can become active on the system, therefore they will show as pending approval on your bank details page, until they have been reviewed and approved.
